4. Reservations and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

A reservation is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. Sleepover Inc. may decline or cancel a reservation if information provided is inaccurate or if the property becomes unavailable.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

Prices, availability, and descriptions may change. We work carefully to keep information accurate, although errors can occur. If an error affects your reservation, we will notify you and discuss options.

4.3 Payment Terms

You authorize Sleepover Inc. to charge your selected payment method for your stay, taxes, fees, incidentals, security deposits, or damages. Payment terms may vary by property or city.

5. Guest Responsibilities

By booking a stay, you agree to follow all house rules provided at the time of booking or posted in the unit. These may include policies on noise, smoking, pets, parking, maximum occupancy, and building access.

You agree to:

• Treat the property with care

• Avoid damaging furniture, appliances, or common areas

• Follow check in and checkout times

• Respect neighbors and building residents

• Use amenities safely and responsibly

Any violation of rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without a refund.

6. Damage, Security Deposits, and Additional Charges

You are responsible for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, unauthorized guests, smoking violations, or misuse of the property. Sleepover Inc. may charge the payment method on file for these costs. Documentation such as photos or invoices will be provided upon request.

Some properties may require a security deposit, which will be returned after checkout if the unit is left in good condition.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

All bookings are final. Once a booking is accepted and confirmed, it will not be refunded for cancellation.

1. For invoiced stays, a minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled stay to avoid charges.
2. No refunds will be issued after a booking is accepted and confirmed. This applies to all reservations, including prepaid stays and invoiced bookings.
3. No refunds are issued for early departures, no shows, or stays terminated due to guest violations.

8. Property Access and Maintenance

We may enter the unit when required by law or for urgent maintenance. Reasonable notice will be given when possible. Routine maintenance or repairs may occur during your stay, although we aim to minimize disruptions.

9. Prohibited Activities

During your stay, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Parties or events without written approval

• Illegal substances

• Weapons

• Fraudulent bookings

• Filming or photography for commercial use without permission

• Tampering with smoke detectors, locks, or building systems

Violation may result in immediate removal and additional charges.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

Sleepover Inc. is not responsible for:

• Personal injury caused by misuse of the property

• Loss or theft of personal belongings

• Interruption of utilities outside our control

• Noise or disruptions caused by neighbors or construction

• Temporary amenity closures such as pools or gyms

Your use of the website and the property is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleepover Inc. disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of fitness or merchantability.

11. Account Creation and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the site, you consent to our data practices.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on visitsleepover.com including images, text, branding, logos, and software belongs to Sleepover Inc. or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without permission.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that arise will be handled through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, claims must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the state where Sleepover Inc. is headquartered. You agree to this venue and jurisdiction.

Class action claims are waived to the fullest extent allowed by law.
